The mylar wrapping equipment is used to wrap the mylar film, side plates, and cells. Among them, the mylar film and side plate shall be hot molten by the hot melt mechanism first, then the mylar film is wrapped outside the cell by the wrapping mechanism, and the free edge of the mylar film is rubberized by the rubberizing mechanism. Finally, the mylar film at both ends of the cell is sealed with hot melt through the hot melt mechanism. The quality of the packaging rate directly affects the production efficiency of power cells.

Defect types:

The distance between the top edge of the protective film and the bottom surface of the top cover, the distance of the weld mark, and the area of the weld mark on the four sides of the battery; poor hot melt; detection of the presence or absence of rubberizing and whether wrinkled.
