Project description: 

     This project is located after the cell winding/stacking, involving the inspection of the electrode tab welding part. There are a wide variety of appearance defects in tab welding, including scratches, breakage, and wrinkles in the tab itself, as well as various defects such as solder skips, over-welding, and poor welding status in the welding process. The acceptance requirements are high, and the size of the defect area needs to be considered, which cannot be solved by the existing visual inspection solutions.

    Defect types:

    Positive tab breakage, scratches, wrinkles, and poor welding (including burst welds, solder skips, bumps, pinholes, etc.)
