    Part.4 Solution for Six sided Appearance Defect Detection of Semiconductor Inductors

    Dongsheng intelligent joint equipment manufacturer has built an integrated machine for six sided appearance detection of inductance. After the inductance falls from the vibration disk, it passes through the positive inductor to ensure the consistency of the product. Then it passes through six groups of cameras on the glass disk to detect one by one, thus completing the measurement of six sided appearance defects, size and height of the inductance. The detection accuracy reaches 0.01mm, the detection efficiency can reach 2000-10000PCS/min, and the defect types can be detected, such as; Pits, cracks, warps, gaps, dirt, sand, burrs, bubbles, uneven colors, etc.
